Well ...

This blog is associated with my Upcoming Profile ("Passages") and a microblog called "The Gully". This is generally not going to be very exciting reading.

On it, I'll be going into all of the boring practical details that go into planning an outing, with maybe some participation from those coming with me, if such people are ever found and any of them ever want to log in. Or figure out how to turn on their computers. Not that I have anybody in mind as I write that.

I have to know you from the real world, and know you well, before I invite you to post to this blog, so please don't take it personally if such an invitation is slow in coming.
